With this extremely challenging site and numerous planning restrictions the design resolve was carefully approached. To maximize the plot and realize the full potential of the site we replaced the original dwelling with a light, modern home spread over two floors. The internal area has been carefully configured to offer modern family space and, as always, the specification is of the highest quality throughout the property.
