A very large barn which was almost completely derelict was converted into a superb function room complete with ancillary toilets, kitchen and bar areas. Also incorporating a separate barn as an accommodation annex and another adjoining barn as a large gymnasium and sauna/fitness area; fitted out to the highest standard.
The cottage was built in a traditional Chilterns style, using brick and flint with handmade roof tiles to exacting standards. The house was completed under budget and under the predicted time scale.
