Rockwell undertook the development of this site in 2007 and maximized the sites potential with the construction of two semi-detached properties with off-road parking facilities. The site is located at the entrance to an Oxfordshire village and, with careful detailing, Rockwell have created two outstanding homes. Both these properties were sold on completion at a premium price.
