Leys Barn is situated in Bix, Nr Henley-on-Thames and involved the demolition of some redundant stabling and garaging areas and the construction of a new, barn style, house giving 6 bedrooms with 4 en-suites. It features a cruck framed barn constructed by Carpenter Oak, a renowned framing contractor from Devon. The barn employed the use of specialist lighting techniques and innovative curtain wall glazing in front of the oak structures to eliminate possible water ingress.
